Love and war
Set in the super competitive drag queen refuge House of Light, Wig Out at Royal Court Theatre follows the queens' preparations for a catwalk showdown with the other houses. Meanwhile, drag queen Nina de-camps as 'straight' gay man Wilson in order to woo the gorgeous Eric. But how will the tension and contraditions between Nina/Wilson play out?

Casting a heavily mascara coated eye on the trials and tribulations of the utterly fabulous queens in the drag house, Wig Out at Royal Court Theatre celebrates the dramatic drag queen subculture in all its glory. The House of Light is a family who, like most others, love, support and compete with each other, although the presence of outlandish wigs and sequins make them anything but the family next door.

Free post show events
As a special gift to you over the festive season, Wig Out at Royal Court Theatre also features a number of free post show events. On selected nights you can enjoy original songs from Bourgeois and Maurice, musical theatre karaoke courtesy of Timberlina and DJ Hey Baylen, and special interviews with influential actor Bette Bourne.

Royal Court Theatre offers the chance to make a full night of your theatre experience with their special Pig Out at Wig Out offer. A top price theatre ticket, a three course meal and half bottle of wine are available for £60.00 for those of you wishing to give yourselves an indulgent treat.

New Year's Eve party with Boogaloo Stu
To welcome in the new year, the organisers are turning Wig Out into a whole night of entertainment. On New Year's Eve, Boogaloo Stu will turn his talents to hosting the New years Eve Party at Royal Court Theatre. After the Wig Out performance, revellers can enjoy a post-show buffet, Champagne and cabaret with special guests. Tickets for this event cost £60.00.
