In the mood for some food sampling? Make your way to London Olympia for the BBC Good Food Show, a three day exhibition featuring the best in food from London and all over the world. Whether you’re in the mood for spaghetti bolognaise or fairy cakes, you’ll find plenty to line your stomach.

Get inspired
Feeling a little blah in the kitchen? At this top food show you can get plenty ideas on what to make for your next meal, whether it’s how to prepare dinner for a party of 10 or the quickest way to throw something together and still get all your nutrients in.

Celeb chefs
Want to see live demonstrations from some of the world’s most famous chefs? Don’t miss out on the BBC Good Food Show, which always has plenty of celebrity guests. This year's show features the likes of Heston Blumenthal, James Martin and Nigella Lawson. They will all be on hand at various points throughout the weekend, to offer advice, demonstrate their skills and share their expertise with the budding chefs at the show.

Fine dining
If you appreciate the finer things in life, then the BBC Good Food Show is place for you. In the ultimate celebration of good cuisine, the show brings you 10 of London's top restaurants in miniature, meaning you can sample some of their signature dishes and enjoy the wonderful variety of cuisine on offer in the capital. Kai Mayfair, Roast, Cafe Spice and Namaste are just some of the venues bringing their specialities to the Good Food Show table this year, and the full selection for 2008 is set to be even better.

Exhibitors
The show features stalls from an enormous variety of exhibitors selling their wares from London and the rest of the UK as well as some international countries. It’s the perfect place to get all your shopping done in one location, and pick up some top bargains and gifts. The Cookery Experience is open to those that fancy seeing the professionals in action, with guidance and demonstrations from James Martin, while those that want to get their hands on the produce should head for the Farmers' Market for a variety of excellent British goods. The Artisan Producers Village will showcase speciality producers from around the country and you can taste and sample your way around the British Isles, whilst stocking up on gourmet goodies for Christmas.

The BBC Good Food Show 2008 is open from 10.30am to 8pm on Friday 14th and Saturday 15th, and from 10.30am to 5pm on Sunday 16th November 2008.
